Instrument Rentals

So you'd like to rent an instrument? We make it simple. Read the rental agreement and fill out the online form. We will call within a few hours to finalize the rental. You can pick up your instrument no later than the next day from any of our four pickup locations.

If you're in a hurry, just come by our Alpharetta location and we'll rent you an instrument on the spot. In either event, read on.

 

 

Rental Agreement

1) This agreement may be canceled at any time by the customer, or by North Fulton Violins in the event of a default on the agreement by the customer.

2) All rental fees may be applied to the purchase of any instrument sold by North Fulton Violins. The customer may also purchase the instrument at any time by paying the remaining balance, with no prepayment penalty.

3) All maintenance is to be provided by North Fulton Violins at no charge, including standard strings.

4) In the event of total damage or theft of the instrument, this agreement is canceled with no further obligation to the customer, provided the customer is NOT in default. In the event of theft, a police report or school incident report is required. North Fulton Violins should be notified immediately.

5) Any declined rental charge or late payment will result in a $10.00 penalty. Rentals which remain unchargeable or unpaid after 30 days will be considered to be in default.

6) Ownership of the instrument does not transfer to the customer until account is paid in full.

7) Instruments may be changed in size with full application of all rental payments.

8) Driver's license/Government issued ID and credit or debit card must be on file for rental.

9) Monthly rental payment will be charged via secure automatic recurring billing.

If your child needs to be measured for size, please come in rather than using this form. Also, please note that we will need a current credit or debit card on file during the time of your rental. We do not ask you to submit this information online, we will take it from you later.
