At North Fulton Violins our primary focus is to offer high quality European violins priced from $1500.00 - $8,000.00. Whether new or old, we believe that the traditional work and quality found in European instruments still provides our customers with the best value in a fine student instrument. Fine old instrument in excellent conditio are becoming more difficult to find however, so in our lower price range we now also are representing Tonareli instruments. These instruments are the first Asian instruments that we can stand behind with a long term warranty, and their pricing structure is the first we've seen that eliminates the unnessary (and excessive) markups which have become the norm with Asian instruments in this market. Instruments Made in our Shop

First and foremost, at North Fulton Violins we are makers. This is what allows us to provide the finest in repairs and quality instruments for sale. As time allows, we still make instruments. We invite you into our shop to see how we combine the finest old woods with traditional methods and attention to detail in producing modern instruments we are proud of. Our hand-made instruments have been sold to professional musicians for over 20 years. While there will be no instruments available from our shop in 2008, please contact us concerning instruments now in progress which will be completed in 2009.

Rental Instruments

We have structured our rental program to give students the best chance to succeed while providing parents with the best value. First we begin with the instrument. Every rental instrument is hand selected by us to meet our strict measurement standards of quality before we as makers provide proper setups. Doing so is critical as a poorly built instrument affects sound, comfort and playability thus negatively influencing your child's musical development. Our training as makers helps us ensure that every instrument we rent is properly made and maintained.

$25 a month includes all maintanence, strings and loss damage/insurance with no deductable. 100% of the rental can be applied toward the purchase of any instrument in the shop, regardless of size or quality. Proper setups inlude Aubert bridges, properly fitting pegs, Wittner fine tuners, and the attention of a violin maker in preparing each instrument.
